Hi There!

My name is Haylee Bartley. I am currently the Lead Account Strategist at a Female-led Creative Marketing Agency, called Some Great People.

After graduating from UW-Milwaukee in 2018, with a degree in Textile Design, I moved back to Minneapolis and began my career at the Industrial Fabrics Association International. There, I was a Member Programs Specialist and managed all of the programs that we offered to our international members. I traveled all over the country producing workshops, helping plan our annual trade shows, producing the webinar program, connecting international members of end-users and manufacturers with industrial fabric suppliers, and even lobbying on Capitol Hill!

From there I went on to be a Social Media Manager at BLONDELUXE the salon. This is where I was able to really get creative with marketing, test out new methods, and creatively implement strategies to produce stronger results.

I then went on to be a Graphic Designer at an e-commerce retail company called PROOZY. I worked closely with our email and sales departments to create strategic email marketing campaigns. From concept to creation, to testing and analytics, I managed all of the digital assets that we used for our digital branding and helped strategize new campaigns. I also worked closely with the Photography department, I would shoot & edit product photography, and update the website and libraries. I then created a new role for myself within the company as the Social Media Manager, investing in social scheduling platforms, implementing content calendars, and reporting on analytics.

From there, I took my love for social, to Some Great People. Currently managing 3 of our clients, I wear many hats. Leading my team on social strategy, planning events, placing paid social ads, managing influencers, and understanding insights. I work with my clients to not only meet their sales and marketing goals but creatively bring their brand to life and engage with their audience in compelling ways.

In my free time, you will catch me at the local coffee shops, walking around Lake of the Isles, or grabbing a late-night bite at my favorite restaurant, Colita.
